Charterhouse Causeway Bay Hotel Hong Kong

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with well-maintained rooms and basic facilities. The location was perfect, with easy access to malls, Kowloon areas, and tram routes to all major tourist attractions. The proximity to Wan Chai station made exploring the city easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location, 5-minute walk to rail station and Exhibition Centre. Close to pubs and clubs, yet quiet. Free smartphone with free local calls and international calls to 5 countries, including Australia. Spacious room with amazing king-size bed, big walk-in shower. Professional staff, though could be warmer. Friendly doorman and helpful room cleaning ladies.

Great location - close to shopping and public transport. Loved having the local cell phone to use, even though I could only make calls.

This centrally located hotel is in a prime area with easy access to tram and bus routes, making it convenient to explore the city. It is situated between two important districts and offers easy access to taxis. The hotel provides excellent customer service, with polite and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of Chinese and Western items. The refurbished Signature Floor rooms have walk-in showers and comfortable beds.

The small top floor rooms may appear a little tired and the carpet could benefit from a refresh.

The hotel has a top location in the heart of a bustling area, with easy access to buses and metro stations. The rooms are in good condition, offering two huge double beds and comfortable bedding. The staff are friendly and attentive, helping guests with their luggage and providing a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast included in the stay is fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious food.

Check-in and check-out processes could be improved.

The hotel was conveniently located next to all the tram routes, making it easy to access all the areas of the city. there were many bus routes available. The buffet dinner on the first floor was very delicious and had a great deal of Buy one, Get one free.

For us, this hotel was the ideal choice. There is nothing negative we have to say.

The room, although not spacious, wassuper clean and cozy, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. the complimentary phone with unlimited 4G internet access was a fantastic perk that allowed us to stay connected and navigate the city with ease. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.
